Submitting Your Newsletter Item
To submit your article or advertisement to Contact, please note the following OAA NSW/ACT newsletter submission guidelines, then fill out the form below.
Guidelines
- OAA NSW/ACT privacy and third party communications policies still apply.
- Logos must be supplied in hi-res JPG, PNG, or Adobe Illustrator EPS format only. Low-res JPG or GIF images downloaded from websites cannot be used.
- Banner advertisements should be no more than 570 px wide and 90-100px high. Animated buttons/banners cannot be used, as many email clients do not support animation.
- PDFs and other document files cannot be attached to the newsletter - your content must be provided in a format that allows for insertion into our template.
- We allow links from the newsletter to your company website. Appropriate links must be working at the time they are provided.
- Third party content must be checked for spelling, grammar, punctuation and correct contact details by the supplier.
Note: All form fields must be completed in order to submit your newsletter item successfully. If you are not an OAA member, please put N/A in the Membership No field, and your organisation name in the Organisation field. If you are an OAA member, please put your membership number in the Membership No field, and N/A in the Organisation field. Thank you.
